If you do not like the product, you can contact us for exchange or return (Credit issue) through Call, SMS/whatsapp or mail at email@example.com and we will arrange for a reverse pickup.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since product has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund(Credit) or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Blouse pieces cannot be returned or exchanged since we cut them from yardages when we receive the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & a credit coupon of the same amount will be issued for your next purchase. Coupon will be applicable for one year of its issue date.
Once ordered, the order can only be cancelled if it has not been dispatched. In case you want to cancel, kindly be quick to let us know before its dispatch, that would be same day.
