This new normal of not being able to go out even for a morning walk has taught us to never take anything for granted. But what this time has made us realise, is that the little things that we did not pay much attention to, bring us the greatest joy. We never thought a simple morning coffee or a video call with family would be such an endorphin releaser.

That's good for you and probably others too. :) It will keep you energetic with the feeling of doing something new.
A must for this time, for your physical health and mental too. 20-30 min is enough.
DO WHAT YOU FEEL, NO RULES
Yes, now is the time, no restriction of time being the first point. No ones is setting the rule these days, you have enough days to make a to-do list and start performing.
SPEND MORE TIME DOING WHAT YOU LIKE
After finalizing what was it that was missing, you can concentrate on that particular one, start spending more time doing it.
